Why we started
MIDFIELD began with a simple frustration. Booking a casino resort online looks easy until you notice that the same room appears at five different prices, that the tower you picked faces a parking garage, and that the weekend you chose happens to be the biggest boxing event of the year. The information exists, but it is scattered across forums, hotel pages and fine print. We wanted one place where a traveler could describe the trip they had in mind and get a clear, honest answer from someone who had already done the homework.
So we built a booking desk rather than a booking engine. Every request that arrives through this website is read by a person on our team, checked against live availability and answered in writing. We compare the hotel's own rates with the partner and package rates we have access to, and we tell you which option we would choose and why.
How we work
You choose a hotel and dates on our booking form or write to us directly. Within one business day you receive a quote that lists the room type, the total cost including known taxes and resort fees, the cancellation deadline and anything unusual about your dates, such as a convention in town or a pool closure. If you are happy, we confirm the reservation and send the hotel's confirmation number. If not, we adjust or you simply let the quote expire. There is no charge for asking.
We focus on a short list of resorts in Las Vegas, Singapore, Monte-Carlo, the Bahamas, Melbourne and Niagara Falls. Keeping the list short means we know these properties well: which rooms are worth the upgrade, how early to book for holiday weekends and where the quiet corners are.
What we do not do
MIDFIELD arranges hotel accommodation and related travel services. We do not operate casinos, accept wagers or offer gambling of any kind, and we do not receive commission tied to how much a guest plays. Casino areas at every hotel we feature are restricted to adults of legal age, which is 18 or 21 depending on the country. If you or someone you travel with finds gambling hard to control, we are glad to suggest resorts where the casino is easy to avoid, and we recommend speaking to a local support service.

Our team combines former hotel front-office managers, a revenue analyst and travel advisers who have spent years planning group trips, weddings and corporate events.
